National operation for collecting waste
After each ski season – as soon as the snow melts – an impressive quantity of waste is strewn about the fields and pastures.
Since its creation in 2001, Summit FOUNDATION has mobilised every year in favour of cleaning up the mountains and lake shores by itself organising waste collection operations as well as promoting and supporting operations organised by other stakeholders.

Corporate volunteering
Summit FOUNDATION plans and organises volunteering days in the field for companies and public bodies. These operations enable the participants to become aware of the current stakes related to the protection of the environment by taking an active part in a waste collection activity.

Summit Cleaners
The Summit Cleaners are a movement that aims through action to preserve our landscape, especially in the mountains, so as to leave it clean for both our generation and those to come. This new project, initiated by Jessica Petterson, one of our faithful volunteers, offers each one of us the possibility of contributing effectively and concretely to this common objective, by collecting waste resulting from our leisure activities in the mountains – or elsewhere.
